DECAF BREW GUIDE

At Drip, we take pride in our decaffeinated coffee, ensuring it’s every bit as flavourful as its caffeinated counterparts. Sourced from Honduras, our seasonal decaf offers a rich and satisfying cup with floral notes, fresh plum, and a velvety chocolatey finish.

We use the Water EA (ethyl acetate) decaffeination process, a gentle method that preserves the natural flavour of the beans. By using water and a by-product of sugarcane, caffeine is carefully extracted without compromising the beans’ integrity, leaving behind a deliciously balanced cup.
