Use of this site: Drip Roast Coffee Pty Ltd (ABN: 39 681 698 484) is the owner and operator of this website. These terms and conditions govern the use of this website. By accessing and using this website, you confirm acceptance of the terms and conditions.

Drip Roast Coffee Pty Ltd, has the right to update or change the conditions, at any given time, without notice to you.

By using and completing a transaction you will be deemed to have accepted the terms and conditions of this site.

Privacy: All information collected by Drip Roast Coffee will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.

Prices: All prices stated on the website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and inclusive of GST (if applicable)

Drip Roast Coffee reserves the rights to change the product prices and delivery charges at any time.

Delivery Standards: We aim to have all orders roasted, packed and shipped within 48 hours of order receipt. We ship all of our online orders via Australia Post or our preferred courier service and from the time of dispatch, you can expect most standard delivery orders to major metro areas to take between 3 – 5 business days. Regional or rural areas may take a day or two longer.

If you chose our express post option, you should expect your order to take up to 1-2 business days (for major metro areas).

We are unable to delay orders until a specific date unless there is a delayed shipping option to select from at the checkout. 

Please note that dispatch of orders during peak promotional periods may take up to 7 business days.

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges: Should your order be damaged or is faulty at the time of delivery, please email info@driproastcoffee.com.au at the time of receipt with a photo of the damaged goods. We will replace these items free of charge. If the product is no longer available and we can not provide a suitable replacement, we will provide a refund for your order.

Payment gateway fees are non-refundable.

Indemnification: You indemnify Drip Roast Coffee and its related entities and each of their directors, officers and employees; against any actions, claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs and expenses which any of the indemnified incur directly or indirectly arising from your use of the website or any breach of these terms and conditions.

Security of information: Drip Roast Coffee has taken all reasonable steps to ensure that your data is stored, used and protected in a secure way. We are not responsible for any attempted hacking and if successful are not responsible for the security of that data that is out of our control. You transmit data through our website at your own risk. Rest assured that payment information will never be stored on our website.

Discount Codes: Discount codes and rewards can not be used in conjunction with other discount codes or items that are already on sale.

Reserve List coffees are exempt from standard coffee discount codes.

SMS Terms & Conditions: By consenting to Drip Roast Coffee’s SMS marketing in the checkout and initialising a purchase or subscribing via our subscription tools, you agree to receive recurring text notifications (for your order, including abandoned checkout reminders), text marketing offers, and transactional texts, including requests for reviews from us, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal do-not-call list. Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

If you wish to unsubscribe from receiving text marketing messages and notifications, reply with STOP to any mobile message sent from us or use the unsubscribe link we provided you within any of our messages. You understand and agree that alternative methods of opting out, such as using alternative words or requests, will not be considered a reasonable means of opting out. We do not charge for the service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message and data rates may apply.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
