Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return window, which begins from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and packaged as received. You will also need to provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-returnable items:

  • Merchandise such as caps, socks, jumpers, tees, and similar items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges, except in the case of defective or faulty products.

  • Coffee orders cannot be returned due to change of mind, as they are fresh and perishable goods.

  • Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

We will issue a full refund for equipment that is unused and remains in its original packaging.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at info@driproastcoffee.com.au. If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how to return your item. Please note that returns will only be accepted if requested through the proper channels. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages or Issues: We recommend inspecting your order immediately upon receipt. If you find that your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us right away so that we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.

Refunds: Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
