Brewing Instructions:

Matcha Tea:

  1. Put half a teaspoon of matcha into a cup
  2. Add 1 cup hot water
  3. Whisk vigorously until the tea is frothy
  4. Serve hot or cold!  

Matcha Latte:

  1. Put 1/4 teaspoon into 250ml milk of your choice (we love it with Happy Happy Soy Boy!)
  2. Heat and texture the milk, spinning the matcha powder into the milk
  3. Pour into a glass or mug and sprinkle with a little cinnamon for an extra little twist!
